MEET JOSE LUIS FERNANDEZ

Jose Luis has over 30 years of executive experience in the IT industry working in strategic roles

for major IT companies such as HPE, Cisco, NCR, and Lenovo, where he held three key roles in

the VP capacity. He has also served at rapid-growth startups such as Arista Networks. In all

positions, he has led both direct and indirect sales in different capacities. He holds a Systems

Engineering degree and an MBA, and he is based in Miami, Florida, where he has lived most of

the past 27 years. Jose Luis completed special assignments in Houston, Texas; Bogota,

Colombia; and Sao Paulo, Brazil. He started his career as a field engineer, working for a channel

partner, then moved to presales and sales management roles in the corporate world, until

getting to lead the Latin America Region and later the WW Channel Organization and a Global

Vertical with worldwide responsibilities. Jose Luis speaks 5 languages and is recognized as a

multicultural sales leader and mentor.
